If we talk about such characteristics of vinyl wallpaper as moisture resistance and strength, then this type of finishing material is superior to paper counterparts. Natural and environmentally friendly material, which is ensured by the presence of 70% cellulose fibers in the fabric. It is safe and has excellent vapor permeability.

This type of wallpaper is characterized by sufficient thickness, hiding irregularities. This also makes it possible to neglect preparatory work (leveling, elimination of cracks, priming).

Thanks to the non-woven base, the wallpaper is resistant to stretching, as well as getting wet while working on the ceiling.

Textile

Quite expensive material for ceiling decoration, very effective. A cotton, linen, silk or viscose coating is applied to a paper or non-woven base. Caring for such wallpaper should be very gentle, without wet cleaning methods. It is permissible to use only a vacuum cleaner.

There are some products that have a moisture-resistant coating that allows you to wipe the cloths with a damp cloth. As for the cost, it depends mainly on what material is used for the front layer.
