Creating a planning solution.
There should be functionality at the forefront, so we pay close attention to options for arranging furniture and equipment. Based on the foothill plan, the designer works out several options for furniture and zoning of the room. The customer for approval is offered 2-3 of the most successful solutions, each of which is accompanied by detailed comments.

Creation of a sketch solution.
Based on the wishes of the customer in style, color scheme and price range approved in the TK, and according to the approved planning decision, the designer selects several references on furniture.
After the client approves specific items, the designer performs the premises in several projections. We recommend that you make sketches in two stages: first black and white, which simplifies the approval of geometry (for example, the customer can first choose a closed cabinet, and after looking at the plan, ask to replace it with a rack with open shelves), and only after that work out colors.
As soon as the client is satisfied with the geometry and the color scheme of the proposed version, the designer begins to select finishing materials: floor and wall coatings, ceiling, fittings, textiles. For each position, 2-3 options are left, of which the customer makes the final choice.
3D visualization of the project.
The main difference - and the advantage - visualization in comparison with the sketch solution is that it takes into account the texture of the materials and allows you to enter the light in the future interior. The creation of a 3D project allows you to literally see how the room will look after repair (the image is made in photographic quality), and make final adjustments (for example, replacing a glossy ceiling with a matte).

Drawing up working documentation.
The designer draws up a working documentation that contains summary statements for all positions for the purchase, including finishing materials, doors, furniture, accessories and accessories, textiles, etc.D.
